Op aanrader van B&B Habitans - Appartamento vacanze Matera, Casa Vacanze Matera, Affittacamere Matera heerlijk vlees gegeten. Normaal waren wij hier aan voorbij gelopen, concept is perfect. Binnen bij de slagerij eerst je vlees uitkiezen en daarna onder het genot van een drankje wachten terwijl ze het vlees aan het bereiden zijn. Er is alleen vlees te krijgen.

Zum Fleisch Essen sehr zu empfehlen wenn man in der Nähe ist. In der Metzgerei wird Abends gegrillt, man wählt in der Metzgerei das Fleisch. Beilagen sehr überschaubar mit Salat, Brot und Oliven. Preis PHÄNOMENAL. 23€ für zwei Personen (Spieße mit Nüssen, Pistazienetc. , Würste usw) mit einem Bier und Wasser. Vom Lokal ist es sehr einfach aber das Gesamtpaket ist SUPER!

Parto con il dirvi per la super accoglienza…. Servizio impeccabile molto ospitali sempre disponibili….vogliamo parlare del sapore del loro prodotto non servono grandi parole basta solo fare un salto da loro e provare la loro carne….Hanno una vasta scelta partendo dal carpaccio la tartar tante cose sfiziose tipo le bombette al pistacchio al tartufo e tanto altro….le costate o le tagliate su pietra lavica un sapore impeccabile… Un posto che merita ritornarci infatti io ritorno con grandi tavolate…alla prossima ragazze ma non passerà molto tempo

Cena a base di carne (del territorio). Ambiente informale con qualche tavolo all'aperto. Abbiamo mangiato carne buonissima, scelta da un grande banco a vista e cotta al momento. Il servizio è stato veloce e cordiale. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

Ottima qualità delle carni, personale competente. Hanno saputo consigliarmi e deliziare il nostro palato con grande maestria nei vari tagli. Poi un vino di altissima qualità. Grazie e alla prossima.

Ottimo e locale. Siamo in una macelleria quindi tutto a base di carne, scelta dal bancone al momento e cucinata (in modo eccellente), condimenti base e cottura alla brace. È una macelleria che fa cena, si fa la coda al bancone come dal macellaio e ci si fa cucinare la carne. Si spazia da bombette, involtini, carne speziata a ottimo carpacci, tagliate. Sia volatili che maiale e manzo. Per me davvero eccezionale. Prezzi ottimi considerando la qualità e la quantità della carne. Se ci volete andare prenotate per non rischiare di rimanere senza posto.
